Checkout at SunmonAuto runs on encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. Your card details never touch our servers.
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Enter your card details at checkout and the payment is authorized in seconds.
SunmonAuto does not collect, see or store your card number. Every transaction is processed by our authorized payment provider over an encrypted connection.
If a charge is declined, the reason sits with your issuing bank rather than with us. Contact your bank directly, then try again or use a different card.
PayPal
Choose PayPal at checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm. You can also pay by card through PayPal without a PayPal account by selecting Pay with Debit or Credit Card on that page.
PayPal orders ship to the address on file with your PayPal account. Check that this address is current before you confirm payment, because we cannot reroute a package after it leaves our warehouse.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
When is my card charged
We authorize payment the moment you place the order, and we capture it when the order is prepared for shipment. You will see one charge from us per order.
Finishing checkout
After you submit payment, stay on the page until the confirmation screen appears. Closing the tab early can leave the order incomplete, and an incomplete order never reaches our warehouse.
Your confirmation email arrives within a few minutes. If nothing shows up, check your spam folder before assuming the order failed.
Security
Our checkout runs over TLS encryption end to end. We hold no card numbers, no CVV codes and no bank credentials in any of our systems.
